Welcome to the Peart Family Missionary web page. We have been in Haiti as a family since Nomember 2006.  It has been an adventure, and we can definately say that there is never a dull moment living in this third world country.  The Peart Journal is a new blog that Melissa has started to share what God is doing in our lives.

We are currently in Haiti, and there are several ways to contact us.  Many times people mention that they would like to send us a card or even call us, but they are not sure how to go about it.  The Lord has made it possible for us to hear from you.  So . . . go ahead and let us know what is going on in your life.  Contact us and let us know if you would like for us to pray about a specific need in your life or an upcoming event at your church.  Also you may be interested in seeing Haiti first hand.  Why not come for a visit?  Seeing is believing, and we gurantee your life will never be the same after a visit to the mission field.  Just check out the information about coming to visit us on the mission field.

The picture on the right was taken here in Haiti.  The area we were driving through was very dusty and everything was covered in a thick, white almost ash-like dust.  I happened to see this red bloom in a sea of gray dust and mentioned to a friend how unique the contrast was.  After seeing the picture he took, I am compelled to think that although we are not seeing thousands come to Christ, we see how God is working here in Haiti one life at a time.  Christ takes us from a bland dust-covered sinful life to a new beautiful vibrant life for Christ, meant to stand out as a witness for HIM!!!
